Windstar Tahiti cruise

We are going on the 11 day Windstar Wind spirit cruise out of Tahiti next October. The dress code is elegant casual.... since we travelling in total for 6 months and packing light, I was wondering if anyone who has been on this cruise line could give me an ideal what kind of clothes for dinner/evening I should take along. Thx in advance.
