Accommodation in Vava'u

Hi

we have booked Lucky's Guesthouse as accommodation in Vava'u. They have not replied to any emails. Does anyone know of them and are they reliable? I wanted to have then do an airport transfer but they do not know when we arrive.
Is there any recommendations for accommodation if this doesn't work out. It is for 3 days, not too pricey. Many thanks for any assistance.
