Are there buses or taxis on Good Friday?

My friend and I will arrive Nukualofa on 3rd April 12:20 PM. We are worried that there are no buses or taxis on Good Friday. Could you please tell us if there are buses or taxis on Good Friday?

We will be there for near 6 days. How much money each person should prepare if we want to stay in separate room (average place, clean and safe, not resort) and use public transport, boat?
