Backpacking in Tonga, whats it like?

Hi all, When I arrive in Tonga i'll be near the end of a round the world backpacking trip. Whats it like backpacking in Tonga? Do they have hostel type places that are cheap or does everything work out quite expensive? Do you get many backpackers go via Tonga? cheers
