Best accom. on Lifuka?

What's the best budget accomodation on Lifuka for a couple who want to chill?

If you want to chill on a great beach then I would say Capt. Cook's on Uoleva Island would be the best bet. Cost is T$45 per night for a couple. You can cook yourself for a nominal fee or eat the reasonably priced meals there which are excellent.

If anyone knows then it will be Craig and his beautiful Polish wife ;-). I agree Capt Cooks is possibly the best value for your money, but it is a bit isolated to say the least.

Yep, we are going to Captain Cooks, but that's on Uoleva. How about chilled places to stay on Lifuka, even if just for a night or two??

Billy's Place is on the beach albeit on the windward side. Otherwise Fifita's above us (Mariner's Cafe) is conveniently located.

Billy's Place is very quiet, very laid back. Really liked it there. They lend you bikes too, to get around. Bit hairy after dark though as there are no lights!!

Fifita's is OK too I think..the food at the Mariner's is good. It's an ideal place to meet people as well.

A visit to Uoleva is a must...!!

Y don't u check out Lindsays Place - very clean and affordable and also it is owned by local people, so that will help out a lot.

Did not rate Lindsays one little bit.

It could be a nice place to stay if they did the odd bit of DIY and stopped burning rubbish and tyres outside your room.
