Ferry to Eua

Hi all, can anyone please tell me if it is possible to pre-book the ferry from Nuku'Alofa to Eua n if so how? Also, is there
a preferred ferry out of the two? Thank you in advance.

You can prebook at the ferry office in town but not in advance from your country. The newer boat is said to better but I haven't been on it yet.

It seems that there is plenty of room on the ferry and you just turn up at the wharf. I didn't go to Eua this year but the ferry looks like a very substantial vessel to me.
