Swimming with whales

Hi all,

Im wondering if anyone knows whether it is possible to arrange to swim with the whales in Vava'u directly. I don't want to arrange on of the 10 day trips that depart from Aus (as their dates conflict with us), so we are hoping to fly to Vava'u ourselves and hopefully organise a 3 day swimming with whales trip.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
