Taxi price

Hi,

I'm just looking for a quick idea of the price of a taxi from the airport in Vava'u to toula village. We land at 3:30 and the people that are renting us an apartment say they can provide a taxi for 40 TOP. does that seem right? if not, do the taxi's meet the airplanes??
