Currently, Tonga NZ Business Associaion is more active than the Chamber.

Well connected (based on my perceptions - July 2006).
Prime Minister's family are members - many relationships with the current King (at least when he was the very business-active Crown Prince)
Presumably members suffered fairly badly in the November "troubles" - not aware of current activities.
