Tonga february

Hi
I wonder if it's a good idea to visit Tonga now in february ?
I was thinking about visiting Tongatapu and Vav'au.
I heard that Vav'au had some problems but not as much as Haa'paai.
I am in Samoa right now and the weather has been really bad for over a week thanks to Cyclone Tino.

Thankful for some local information :)
