To Harry Mudd... an operations manager probably not, but we could do with a hobby gardener (to help us create the same tropical oasis) and an island cuisine experienced chef, as our current chef wishes to retire at some point in the "not too distant future".

That'll do me.

But I'm taken for this semester. I just picked up a few hours a week as a casual academic at my local university.

I'll gte back tpo Tonga one day! I swear it! etc. ;-)
