which is the best reasonably priced resort on Tongatapu?

Hi, There are a number of resorts on the Northern tip of Tongatapu. It's pretty hard to compare them as far as being on a beach you can swim from, if the reef is accessible directly (as opposed to having to be taken out by boat) and whether there will be kayaks etc available and included. We are a family with 2 older children who don't surf or dive but enjoy most sports. Hiring stuff for 4 isn't cheap so if things like this are included it makes a big difference.

Anyone got any recomendations? All answers appreciated!
