2 months accommodation in Honiara??

Hi there!
My boyfriend currently works over in the Solomon Islands for a mining company.
I am looking at heading over there to live with him for a couple of months until he finishes his contract.
Can anyone suggest accommodation places that are reasonably priced which are located in Honiara - walking distance to shops, etc. that will take on guests for an extended period of time?

The best bet is St Agnes Transit House, run by the Anglican Church Mothers Union, but you will need to contact them in advance. They have two self-contained studios with their own kitchenette, which they will let short to medium term at a quite reasonable rate.
