8 days in Fiji - ideas please

We are planning an 8 day trip to Fiji in July/August this year, travelling from Perth. Any suggestions for good tours/trips etc for a couple in mid 20's, used to back packing but not over keen on creepy crawlies and really 'roughing it' ! Will be 'doing' Thailand too, so something unique to Fiji would be good. Manythanks
