accommodation budget?

I'm thinking of heading over into Palau in August, Whats the cheapest accommodation I can get ?

I think it's around 30 USD in Koror, 15 USD in some outer islands like Peliau.

The flight to get you there is likey to be a bigger drain on the budget...

Laszlo , you have answered a couple of my Q's now, I'm very gratefull. Have you dived there mate? Is it better than Komodo? Bunaken? Your pretty sure I can get Accomodation for $30 mate?

ANy other tips you have for me mate are gratefully appreciated.

How busy are the flights mate? do they get real busy in August?

Unfortunately I had to cancel my trip there this year when Asian Spirit stopped flying! :-(
The $30 info is both from the website and from a friend who went last year, so I think it should be about right.
As for the flights, I doubt they would get too heavily booked at Continental's high fares, but of course actually booking one with an agent or online would tell you the real answer.
