Accommodation - Nuku'alofa and Ha'apai

Could anyone give me accommodation recommendations for Nuku'alofa? We're arriving late Saturday night and not flying to Ha'apai till Monday midday so need 2 nights there. I'm wondering whether Tony's is the place to stay, views seem mixed on this.

Any info on things to do on Sunday would be appreciated too. Will we be able to hire bicycles on Sunday?

And for Ha'apai - Matafouna lodge is all booked out. We're thinking Billy's might be a good option for a couple of nights then Taiana's on uoleva. If you have any other recommendations I'd really appreciate it.
