Plenty of people have been to Aitutaki but haven't stayed at all three accomodations you listed. Take a look at the hotel reviews on Tripadvisor.com

I have stayed at Matriki's and recommend it highly for what it is - a cool beach hut at an excellent location. Service? It's a beach hut. (The owners were nice and helpful.)

Haven't stayed at Inano but have also stayed on that side of the island. The lagoon is gorgeous there, you really get to see the beautiful blues but it is kind of isolated. A very long walk or bike ride (really strong head winds coming back) from the rest of the island. Best to have a car or to be comfortable riding a motor scooter at that location.

My last visit was in December 2008.

Matriki is right next to the Are Tamanu and is a cozy little spot. It's been upgraded quite a bit since I first saw it in 2003. It's a no-frills beach hut with a main house wher you can do laundry etc. The people that run it are nice accommodating folks.

Paradise Cove is a bit nicer with larger accommodation. It's sort of a mid-point between a resort and a hut. Nice folks and more units than Matriki's. The staff is helpful and friendly.

I haven't stayed at Inano Beach Bungalows but I've looked over the place for future visits. I'd say it compares with Paradise Cove but is smaller and not as busy. I guess that could change if you had a couple of big groups staying there when you did.

If you have transportation, which I recommend, there's no real advantage to location between them. Inano's is a little further away from the main town than the other two. The view of the lagoon is the same from all of them when your standing on the beach. Individual beachfront units will vary of course. Matriki's sort sits back in the corner of the property next the a hedge by the Tamanu. Paradise Cove units have good views and the beach units at Inano's have lagoon views.
