Air Passes to visit all Sovereign states in the South Pacific

I am visiting every sovereign State on the Planet and have 64 left to go. I need to find a way to visit 10 sovereign states in the South Pacific including Indonesia, Brunei, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Tonga, Solomon Is, Nauru, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Kiribati, Marshal Is, and Micronesia. Is there one or more Air Passes that I can use for this. any destination in each of these states will suffice. Not a vacation - this is a bucket list adventure. There is no pass covering even most, let alone all of the countries on your list.
