Airporttransfers in Noumea

Hi,
arriving at Noumea International Airport at 14:20 h and departing the same day from GEA-Magenta domestic Airport at 17:50 h.
Ist this enough time?
What are the possibilities to change the airports and what do they cost (bus, taxi, shuttle, etc.)?
