best Tanna Treehouse

Hi everyone and thanks in advance for any help. I'm planning a trip to Tanna in a few months time, and like most people our main focus will be seeing the volcano. I'm aware that there's at least a few places on the east side of the island that offer views of the volcano/lava from their balconies?

Is this limited to those "dodgy" looking treehouses? or are there other land-based bungalows with good views?

I believe there's a few treehouse options. Does anyone have any recommendations for good ones or ones to avoid? I believe I'd like one that offers relatively easy access to the volcano (ie, not too far away to walk).

I've also read about the rat problem. Are there any treehouses that seem to have had less of a problem with this than others?

Any other hints or tips regarding a nice place to spend the night with a view of the volcanic activity would be great.
