CASH CARD

HI ALL

i am going to travel soon and i have a STA TRAVEL CASH CARD but after all the bad comments i saw on this card i will like to ask if any one know about thommas cook card or any other cards if there are any good.

i travelled around the middle east early this year and used a caxton card - prepaid card - can top up easily on line - obviously issues you the currency of the country you are in - no fee for using cash point - which i found useful as i didnt need to take out large amounts of money in one go
