Changing money // Currency questions

Hey,

I am wondering where to get the best rates?

E.g. Should we change our money here in Australia or withdraw from the islands once we get there?

We have both an EUR account and AUD account, and we're going to New Caledonia, Fiji, Cooks (and NZ, ofc)...
