Direct flight from PNG to Jayapura or PNG to Jakarta

Hi Does anyone know is that any direct flight from PNG to Jayapura or PNG to Jakarta. How long i need to prepare my time to got visa on arrival to PNG from Wutung (border between PNG - Indonesia), is thats possible to got it on there?

I don't really understand your question.
On one hand you are asking about direct flights between the two countries, but then also about the land border.

Well, there are no direct flights anyway.

OTOH, you could fly from Jakarta to Jayapura, which is very near the PNG border (Wutung).
PNG visas can usualy be obtained from the consulate in Jayapura (NOT at the border in Wutung!), and can take anything from 1 hour to 1 week to issue. This changes all the time, the latest I heard (2 months ago), it took 3 working days.
