Feejee experience

Country forums / Pacific Islands & Papua New Guinea

Hey guys,

Has anyone gone on the Feejee experience? Would you recommend it? I'm a 23yr old solo female traveller looking to travel Fiji for a month and wondering whether it would be better go on the Feejee experience. I'm looking to tour the island followed by some relaxation on some beaches on a budget of around £20 per day. Your advice would be most appreciated!

Thanks!

20 pounds is not much anymore in fjii those days.
Feejee experience costs 300 for the viti levu round trip, compared to 30 on local buses (which is real fiji experience) they are scheduled all the time and its save - common sense applies as anywhere on the planet.
if you got 4 weeks then you got time to explore the real fiji, to cut cost go to the eastern island.
leleuvia or caqalai have the very best beaches and beautifull snorkelling, ovalau island for hiking and culture, bobo's farm or silana for fijian hospitality... check levukafiji.com for more info on eastern fiji or google

OP, Your post looks like you think Fiji is just one island. It isn't , it is a country with many islands, and it is worth leaving the main one for the experience of seeing the real Fiji.
