Female travel companion anywhere in Australasia

Hello there!
my company has a Christmas shutdown from 21 Dec 2012 to 7 January 2013.

I'd be interested in visiting any place in Australasia Pacific for that period of time.
I don't like solo vacations, so I'm looking to be partnered up with at least another woman to share the fun and the expenses (e.g. double room is fine for me etc.). Any sexual orientation is fine (smoker, non smoker etc. doesn't matter) as long as it's a woman, over 40s.

My ideal vacation is in "water based" vacation: I'd like to stay in a hotel that offers half board or full board, with a pristine waterfront, great beach and water sports included in the price (sailing, canoing etc.).
However,any suggestion is welcome (other destinations, adventure trip, photography trip etc.).

If you get someone's interested in something like this who needs a travel companion, please let me know and we'll take it from there.
