Festivals in June Itenary

Hello from all the information i read i do not think there will be any fetivals in June i arrive 6th June & leave 27th June i will allow a week first off for Kakoda than head off at present i want to go to Sepik River Garoka & Madang unless there is a festival some where i will make my way there
Thank you for any replies and have i allowed a reasonable amount of time to do this assuming flying to nearest bases.
