Fiji Advice?

I am going by myself in late August and early September for only a week. What are some attractions there? I am open to many types. Where is the best place to go snorkeling? Where is an affordable place to stay? A good location with plenty of things to do? The easiest way to get around?

Any other helpful tips?

Try to get off the main island of Viti Levu. Pick an outer island in the Mamanucas or Yasawas, or maybe go to Ovalau or Taveuni.

Buses go most places on the main island. you'll need to fly or take a ferry to get to outer islands.

Thanks for the response. How far is Robinson Crusoe Island from the airport and how long does it take?

Also, where is the FAQ in this forum about Fiji? I am not that smart at this stuff.
