Fiji: best snorkeling, kayaking, hiking area w/mid-range accommodations

Just starting to research this... Will be going to Fiji in late June for two weeks and am looking for an area that has great beaches for kayaking, snorkeling and and close to good hiking, without being ot too touristy. Coming off a one-month trek in Himalaya so we're looking for somewhere to relax on beautiful beaches without a lot of hassle to get there. Any suggestions?
