Fiji sailing tours

Hi, My girlfriend and I arrive in Fiji on a wednesday in december for 4 or 5 days before going on to new zealand.

We want to do one of those sailing safris for 3 days but they all seem to start on a monday which is no good for us. Ive looked at sta captain cook and a couple of others with no luck, but does anyone no one that happens to depart on a weds or thurs (very specific i know sorry) or happens to depart daily??

If not any other ideas?
