Fiji- Warwick vs Shangri-La

I'm torn between the two...
Which would be best for:
-family with a 13yr old and 7 month old
-active...resort to have excellent daily activities mainly for 13yr old
-snorkelling off resort beach
-access to surfing??

Any info or experiences at either resort will be much appreciated. Thanks :)
