Fiji with kids

I have 3 and 5 yo boys and want to start showing them the world... We are on the east coast Australia looking for somewhere not too far away... So thinking Fiji.

Any recommendations for child friendly island resorts (that also have diving available)??

You could also have a look at Mana Island Resort - a lot of Australian families vacation there.
