Fiji with Kids

I am tossing up between a family holiday to either Fiji or Bali and would be interested in your views.

We have a couple of young kids it is our 10 year wedding anniversary coming up and want to have a nice family holiday and re-new our wedding vows etc.

I am not into major commercialism and looking for something that would accomodate the family (particularly the kids) in a nice tasteful way. Any reccomendations for hotels, areas of Fiji that you know of or have been to?
