Was sittin reading this forum a few days ago when i decided had enough of home and am getting out. I have travellled before through asia but am now keen to see some other places! My (very) basic plan at the mo is to head to BBK, overland to singapore (cos i missed malaysia last time!) and fly to Oz, I wanna get a working visa and stay there for as much of the 12 months as i can (depending on if i can get an 18 month flight ticket deal!). Then head to NZ for a month or two with a finale of a couple of weeks in fuji / cook islands and maybe la with a possible side trip to mexico! As i say all still a bit basic!
Am just curious as to how much money people would recomend taking when you are plannin on workin in oz as well. I don't wanna find i'm scrimping on my trip and not getting to see stuff, or that i'm constantly working! My last trip to asia was for 4 months but it was cheap as! i feel i've lost perspective!
Any ideas.....
