Getting Married on Santo?

G'Day All..

Was thinking of having some kind of ceremony on Espiritu Santo as we'll be there over Christmas/ New Year. Can any romantics amongst you offer any suggestions about what I might be able to pull off on that occasion? Any ideas would be appreciated!
