Getting to Chuuk (Truk)

Hi all,

I'm currently investigating coming to do some diving in the area around Chuuk. I'm wondering if anyone can offer some advice on the best and/or cheapest way to get there, coming from Canada (from Ottawa, but Toronto/Montreal departure would also be fine). I'd likely be going for the month of November but my dates are (a bit) flexible.
