hai, i,m going for a one monthtrip around savai,i and upolu in west samoao in august 2008
is it true that the apia based green turtle tours no longer exist?are there any other tourcompanies who offer cheap daytrps arond savai,i and upolu and how much you are expect to pay?
has anyone been on day trips with eti from hidden garden(beachfales)who runs samoa on foot tours in apia,what was the cost and was it any good?

The sources of information you used so far appear to be much outdated I am afraid. So be careful about any other information as well that you might find there.

First of all: the country's name is Samoa or Independent Samoa. The old colonial "Western Samoa" was abolished in 1997 already, eleven years ago. This might give you an idea how outdated your sources are ...

Green Turtle Tours do not exist anymore as well for some years now. There are no regular daily tours anymore around the islands.

I am not sure if the Hidden Garden is still existing - haven't heard or seen anything of them for quite a while now. Maybe some others know more.

In any case Hidden Garden is/was not a beach fale accomodation. It is/was a house in a suburb of Apia. No beach around there.
