Guam, Palau and Saipan help needed

Looking to go to guam , palau and saipan in late feb/mar and have been having trouble getting info on the islands. There is not one australian travel company i can find that has brochures on it, and even lonely planet do not publish a guidebook on it..

Does anyone know of any tour companies that I can contact regarding tours? Is there any nice little hotels that arent too expensive to stay at? Is the nightlife/restaurant area in guam all close together , so you can walk around easily. Does anyone know anything about couchsurfing? Is it legitimate or is it some sort of scam?
