Honeymoon in Early november - Santo in Vanuatu or Ile de Pins in NC?

Hi All, I know this is a tough call, but if you were to advise a couple of 30 something budget to mid-range newlywed adventure types going on a honeymoon in early November, which of these places would you recommend - Santo in Vanuatu or Ile des Pins in New Caledonia? We're only going to have about 11 days unfortunately, would love to have more.

We like diving, hiking and wandering about. We're from Canada.

I'd rate the Isle of Pines as more "honeymoonish", but if you are on a low to mid-range budget, Santo will serve you better.
And Santo sure has better diving and hiking possibilities!
Lonnoc Beach Bungalows have been recommended as a quiet, idyllic beach spot for a honeymoon of that sort before .
