Honeymoon location

Hi there,

My fiance and I are trying to find the perfect spot for our 10-day honeymoon in April next year.

We are looking for something picturesque, relaxing, secluded and it doesn't necessarily have to be beachy (we are thinking maybe mountains?) We can't spend a fortune but are happy to pay for accommodation that will meet our needs in the right location. We also want to stay somewhere spacious so we can spend time just enjoying our accommodation.

Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks.

If you didn't mind being self catering, you can hire some lovely almost beach-front houses in Rarotonga. Really reasonable rates.

You have to give a bit more info. where are you coming from? What is not a "fortune"? What are your "needs"?

Have you thought of the Solomon Islands as a destination, not as full of tourists as most South Pacific islands, beautiful people, scenery etc. The exchange rate makes it cheaper than many places.
