How is Saipan doing?

Last I heard Saipan's economy is still terrible, but the tourism is picking up mainly from the Japanese. I know they use the american dollar because they are a territory. From the looks of things the american economy is going to go through a recession. This can't good news for the people in Saipan and Guam.
