i wanna know about vanuatu tour & accomodation (solo trip)

hi, im thinking about vanuatu trip. (im leving in NZ for stading English!!!) i never go to solo trip! so i dont have idea...
i will stay 7 or 8days in vanuatu, i wanna see dugong!!! of Epi Island, Yasur volcano of Tanna Island, Cascade Waterfalls of Efata Island.
Do you know good tour? and accmodation?(as chesp as possible... and i wanna make new friends!)
Im looking for tour,accomodation now ...but i can't find.
should i get tour pack from NZ or from when i arrive in Vanuatu? which can i find cheap one?
