Internal flights in Tonga

Hi Can anyone tell me how much it costs to fly Nuku'Alofa -> Ha'apai -> Vava'u -> Nuku'Alofa.

Also where is good tostay in Vava'u - preferably cheap but good

The best cheap place to stay in Vava'u is the Portwine Guesthouse. It costs around 60 Pa'anga for a double room and is very nice and clean and a 2 minute walk from the center of Neiafu. Owned by a very lovely Tongan lady, her son and daughter-in law from Australia.
