Island Escape cruises, 7 night Tahitian Affair

Has anyone else had a bad experience with this New Zealand-based company? We booked their 24-passenger cruise months in advance to celebrate a special occasion. On receiving confirmation, we booked our international and domestic flights, pre and post-cruise accommodation and transfers. It was quite expensive but we wanted to make it a memorable event. Just 4 weeks before our departure, Island Escape has cancelled the cruise. It seems no consideration was given to clients from Australia. No reason and no apology has been given. It's a totally unreliable and unprofessional company. We now have to scramble around trying to reorganise our trip at this very busy time of year. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
