Definitely Solomon Islands. And for the best adventure, culture etc, spend most of your time in the middle or eastern islands, where tourists rarely go.
My personal favourites are Malaita and the Reef Islands.

Yasur Volcano in Vanuatu is one of the best natural wonders I have seen.
