Hei!

Unless you have unlimited supplies of time, stamina and patience (and luck!) air travel is the only option.
Air Niugini, Air Vanuatu etc...

I agree with the poster above. There is an "overland" route between PNG and Solomon Islands, via Bougainville, but it is neither cheap nor easy. There is no sea route between the other countries.
If you are going to or through Solomon Islands, Solomon Airlines is the best provider - they also code-share with the other regional airlines.
There are flights from Port Moresby to Honiara, then Honiara to Port Vila, and Port Vila to Nadi. Fiji is a regional hub, and there are fights from there to most parts of the Pacific.

Once a week on a Friday Air Niugini flies Port Moresby, Honiari, Nadi amd on Saturday Nadi, Honiara, Port Moresby. It's the only connection. www.bestofpng.com can help you with tickets and any arrangements you might need to make in PNG.

Looks like Solomon Airlines is not operating between Port Moresby and Honiara at present. However, once you are in Honiara, you also can fly on Air Pacific or Air Vanuatu, to Vanuatu and Fiji. Tmtable here
