Mwoakilloa (mokil) atol

Hi,

Just chasing some info on Mwoakilloa. I would like to visit for a week to snorkle and live the island life. I know there is 0 tourism etc but that's what I'm after. Does anyone know how to get there, where to stay, is camping possible and do I need permission from a local to visit? Any help is appreciated :) thanks
