my trip to Iririki Island

I am heading off to Iririki Island for a wedding in July and I was just wondering 1) how long it might take to travel from the airport at Port Vila to Iririki Island? and 2) what vaccinations do I need to get to keep myself safe??

The airport is very close to Pt Vila so it is not a very long trip to Iririki.
There is malaria on the outer islands of Vanuatu but they said that Pt Vila was OK.
We did not have any vaccinations when we went and had no problems.

The airport is indeede close to Vila and Irriki is right opposite Vila (2 mins by punt)
