Noumea Airports

Hi everybody,
I have a specific question on the airports in Noumea...
If I arrive in Magenta at 9:50 a.m. (plus baggage claim time), do I have chances to do the check in and get the international plain in Tountuta which leaves at 12:30 ? Do you think I can move by taxy or what?

Yes. Allow 45 min or maybe 1 hour (possible roadworks?) travel Magenta to Tontouta. Plus baggage collection, cutoms and immigration on departure.

I'd say risky. Minimal delay and you're doomed.
