Octopus Resort - Fiji

We are considering staying at the Octopus resort. And while we plan mopstly on lounging, we will get up and about a bit. Can anyone tell me:

Are there kayaks to do a little paddle in?
Is there any walking to do?
They also mention volleyball... does the staff or guests actually participate on a regular basis?
