one urgent technical problem: booking on www.continental.comCountry forums / Pacific Islands & Papua New Guinea | ||
I have recently tried to make an online booking (on their website) of flight from Manila to Koror (Palau), but, at the very end, after typing all credit card details, when I was about to pay for the ticket, there was no option for me in billing address section. I am from the Czech Republic, and this country is not included in the default list of countries. The system did not allow me to proceed without filling the billing address information. Is that billing information accuracy really that important for the flight reservation? I eventually aborted the process since I did not want to provide false information that could prevent me from checking in, thus I am still without a ticket. Any idea? Jirikoo, This sounds like a problem that will need to be straightened out over the phone. I would get a Skype account so that you can make a cheap(ish) call and get Continental to book the ticket for you over the phone. They'll charge you a fee (I think $25), but I think it is your only option. Otherwise, your billing address won't match for your credit card. | 1 | |
